Zach Dobin joined Triten Real Estate Partners in 2020 as Principal on Triten’s Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) team and was promoted to Head of Acquisitions in 2023. He is responsible for managing the IOS team and portfolio and guiding the team in sourcing new opportunities throughout the nation.

Prior to Triten, Zach spent eight years in San Antonio as Director of Investment Sales for the Cushman & Wakefield office in San Antonio.

Zach graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in Real Estate Finance and has an MBA from Rice University. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Caroline, and his husky, Kenzie.
