Willie is a Principal with Triten and leads the Southeast Region with capital deployment and operations.

Willie has 12 years of commercial real estate experience in acquisitions, dispositions, and capital markets. Previously, he served as Faropoint’s Southeast Market Officer, leading a team of acquisition, leasing, and asset management professionals for Faropoint’s last-mile industrial funds. While at Faropoint, Willie played an integral role in Faropoint’s acquisition pipeline and managed strategic relationships across the Southeast. Before that, he served as vice president for Eastdil Secured in Atlanta. Additionally, Willie has held capital markets roles with JLL, CBRE, and EDENS.

Willie is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Finance. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, two children, and his dog Oscar. Willie enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, playing tennis, golf, snowboarding, and going camping.
