Fazel Ahsan is an Asset Manager at Triten Real Estate Partners, where he is responsible for driving value and performance across the firm’s industrial portfolio. With a background that bridges technical expertise and real estate operations, Fazel brings a multidisciplinary perspective to strategic asset management.

Fazel earned a B.S. in Coastal Environmental Science from Louisiana State University and later completed an M.S. in Commercial Real Estate from Georgia State University, balancing academic rigor with professional growth.

Before joining Triten, Fazel held roles at SouthCoast Commercial and Brookfield Properties, where he advanced from analyst to associate asset manager. At Brookfield, he was responsible for a portfolio totaling over 10 million square feet across the Southeast, overseeing leasing strategies, capital planning, and financial performance initiatives.

Fazel is known for his adaptability, collaborative mindset, and ability to align diverse stakeholders—from legal and brokerage teams to municipalities and internal leadership. He is a member of NAIOP and actively contributes to industry dialogue and networking.

Originally from New Jersey, Fazel enjoys hiking, cooking, LSU sports, and traveling with his fiancée, Lauren. They live with their mini labradoodle, Lilo.
