Ethan Gomez is an Analyst at Triten Real Estate Partners, supporting the firm’s investment and development efforts from the Atlanta office. With a foundation in both acquisitions and property operations, Ethan brings a balanced perspective to real estate strategy—shaped by prior internship experience across multiple markets, including New York and Tel Aviv.

His early interest in real estate was sparked by shadowing his uncle, a multifamily developer, where he saw firsthand how real estate could generate lasting impact for tenants, communities, and investors alike. That exposure inspired Ethan to pursue a dual degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he was active in the real estate club, private equity club, and student leadership.

Originally from Miami, Ethan enjoys staying active through golf, basketball, and pickleball. He also loves spending time in the mountains, especially during ski season. When he’s not outdoors or connecting with friends, he’s likely cheering for his favorite Miami sports teams or planning his next travel adventure.
