Brent Ozenbaugh joined Triten Real Estate Partners in 2020 as Chief Operations Officer. He is responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day operations in addition to overseeing asset management of select projects.

Brent has 16 years of experience in real estate investments, portfolio management, and asset management. Prior to joining TREP, he was CFO of Fortress Investment Group’s 106,000 multifamily platform in Japan. Prior to Fortress, Brent worked in various roles for Goldman Sachs (REPIA) and Alpine Grove Partners, both domestically and internationally.

Brent graduated from Southern Methodist University Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor in Finance and a minor in Math. He enjoys many outdoor hobbies and spending time with his three young children.
